School Based Coordinated Program Rationale The Sierra Ridge Middle School Based Coordinated Program (SBCP) is designed to effectively utilize and maximize resources to enhance student learning. All students can have their needs met by a variety of educational services. Under the SBCP, student learning will be based on students need rather than program requirements.
