STOP FOR THE RED—FOR THE SAFETY OF THE STUDENTS We have been advised by the California Department of Education that all buses must activate red light immediately when a bus comes to a stop to load or unload students. The California Vehicle Code 22112 states that buses must turn on their red lights to load or unload; red lights must go on as soon as the bus pulls over and comes to a stop. Please be ready to stop when you see a school bus pull over to load or unload students. |
